At Native, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original condition. Our streamlined process ensures that if a product doesn't meet your expectations, we will make it right quickly and efficiently.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
